there's a hum in my head
it speaks to me not.
just carries its tune
like i may have forgot
to bring forth the notes
from inside my mind
in order to hear
some more of their kind.
the melody's loud
obtrusive, in fact
i'm certain i should
just over-reaact
and
SING!
